1- Seven Feathers RV Resort/Casino This is a wonderful place to stay.

50 amp power, cable TV, indoor pool, exercise room, spa, large sites with great landscaping, and very clean. $30.00-34.00

2009 Always a great place to stay.



2- Camp Gregory, Located at Southern Oregon Diesel. Good power, water. In their lot, nothing special but handy if having work done. Free



3- Red Bluff RV Park 50 amp power, cable TV, Great place to spend a night, clean, friendly, well taken care of we liked their Christmas decorations. $30.00



3-San Luis RV Park (Santa Nella, CA) 50 amp power, only Spanish TV, ok place to spend the night. $26.00



4- Desert Pools RV Resort (Desert Hot Springs, CA). This is one of the best WHR parks we have visited. The staff is very friendly as well as the other rver’s. There are plenty of activities both in the park and the surrounding area. The pool and hot tubs are filled with water from the hot springs. They have exercise classes and water aerobics. We had good 30 amp power; they have some 50 amp spaces available. The cable TV is free and the wifi is acceptable. We stated in site 156 in 2008.Cost was free on WHR. They now charge for both cable TV, and WIFI $2.00 each per day. We bought the cable but not the WIFI. The over the air reception is good so with dish we are covered will not buy next year. We stayed in site 280 this is the best area for us, larger sites and at the end of a dead end road. Cost was $154.00 on AOR including $2.00 per day for cable TV. 2010 stayed in site 281aircard was iffy wifi was poor. Cost for 3 week stay $0.00 a very good price. Direct TV az. Is 141.5° El. Is 35° on mast w/incl. OA TV was 168°.



5- Leaf Verde (Buckeye, AZ). This is an acceptable place to spend a night or two. Good cell/aircard reception. Good 50AMP power. No cable but good ant TV. $30.00



6- South Forty RV Ranch (Tucson, AZ). This is a nice place to stay while visiting Dad. 50AMP power. No cable but good ant. TV. Very good cell/aircard reception. $30.00 2010 rates were $45.00 Dad paid.



7- Valley Vista RV Resort (Benson, AZ). This is a Sunbelt Resort, we stayed here on ROD. This is not a very picturesque place but we loved it. They have a heated pool, water aerobics, exercise classes, community meals. Everyone was very friendly. Dark and quiet at night lots to see in the area. Iffy 30AMP power, we had to juggle appliances. Good cable TV $2.00/day. Good cell/aircard reception. Free. 2010 We stayed in site #70 the view is great, but close to the side road, a bit unlevel but they all are. This was a stormy year so the view helped to storm watch. Cable $2.00/day. THIS PARK HAS BEEN SOLD.



8- St. David RV Resort (ST. David, AZ). This is a WHR resort and we like it too. They have water aerobics and exercise classes, and a heated pool. This is only about 7 miles from Valley Vista. Lots of people move from one park to the other, so we see some of the same folks. They have good 30AMP power. Cable TV (free). Wifi did not work during our visit. Iffy cell/aircard reception, but we made it work. Excellent artesian water. Free 2010 Rates $2.00 per night for cable TV. Aircard worked very well with the new antenna, cell phone was ok this year.



9- Ajo Heights RV Park (Ajo, AZ). This is a very friendly park with people who are here for the season. Good free wifi, cable TV free, 50AMP power, Good cell service (roaming), but no aircard service. Would stay here for maybe a week while out of system. $25.00 nite. 2010 cost was 28.00 per night.



10- Pilot Knob (Winterhaven, CA) No cable TV only Spanish stations over the air we eventually got CBS on the digital converter box. Good cell and aircard service. Good 50AMP power. This place is close to the freeway so there is road noise but mostly just tires, trains also pass, but it did not bother us. Staff and volunteers were not very friendly. Quilting corner ruled the clubhouse. $8.00 + $3.00 electric per nite. This is a Sunbelt Park we stayed here on AOR. 2010 $126.00 for two weeks on AOR. Kept to ourselves and relaxed. El. 54°= 36°, AZ. 120°



11- Big River RV Park (Big River, CA) is across the Colorado River from Parker, AZ. This is a private park on the river. It is very quiet and peaceful; the busy season is the summer. $30.00 per nite.









12- Colorado River Oasis (Ehrenberg, AZ) this is a WHR/Sunbelt Park we stayed here on AOR. Good 50AMP power, good cell and aircard service, and good cable TV, they have WIFI but we did not use it. We had a wonderful time the staff were excellent and lots of activities. $8.00+$3.00 for electric per nite. Dec. 2009 stopped for one night on the way to Tucson. $2.00 for cable was the only charge. February 2010 stayed for two weeks on AOR the cost for two weeks was $162.00, 9.00+ 2.00 plus tax per night. We were in site 173.







13- Desert Vista RV Resort (Salome, AZ) this is a Sunbelt park we stayed here on ROD. This park is a gravel parking lot with hookups. They have a pretty good kitchen and the soups are very good. Everyone is friendly and we had a good time. No cable TV, poor ant reception, poor cell service, but they do have good WIFI. $3.00 per nite for electric. 2010 There is no TV reception, but there is great cell service and aircard did not use WIFI and no fees $0.00 . We were in site 39 away from road backed up to fence, good site. Sat TV azm 122°, el 53° = 35°. THIS PARK HAS BEEN SOLD.



14- Charleston Peak RV Resort (Pahrump, NV) this is a beautiful park, with a winery and a wonderful restaurant. The roads are wide and paved the sites are level gravel with a concrete pad, no picnic tables. They have good full hookups, 50AMP power, and no cable TV. Good cell/aircard service. While staying here we spent 3 nights in Vegas at the Fitz with no problems (turn off the water).



15- A Country RV (Bakersfield, CA) Full hookups with 30AMP power, cable TV. We stayed here for one night on our way home. Good place for a night or two. $28.00 per night.



16- Flag City RV (Lodi, CA) Full hookups, 50AMP power, cable TV, Pull troughs nice place off the I-5 freeway to spend the night. $30.00 per night.



17- JGW RV (Redding, CA) Full hookups with cable TV on a river and a nice place. Stayed for one night. $28.00 per night.



18- Deerwood RV Park (Eugene, OR) Full hookups with 30AMP power, cable TV. Very nice lawns, well taken care of, a nice place to spend a night or two. Stayed for one night $28.00 per night.



19- Win-River Casino (Redding, CA) Boondocking in the gravel parking lot. Quiet check-in at security up to 3 days. Good cell service did not use the aircard.



20- Merced River RV Park (Delhi, CA) Full hookups, 50AMP power, limited cable TV. Clean and well maintained but close to the freeway and a grain/rice elevator that ran all night, but we slept well anyway. Free WIFI good cell and aircard service. $30.00 per nite.





21- Orange Grove RV Park (Bakersfield, CA) Orange trees at every site and we were welcome to pick up to a sackful, and they are good too. Full hookups, with 50AMP power, and good cable TV, Free WIFI, good cell and aircard service. $33.00 per night



22- Indian Waters RV Resort (Indio, CA) This is by far the best WHR resort in the system. The sites are perfect grass with concrete pads one for the RV and one for the Pod Racer. They have full hookups with 30AMP and some 50 AMP power. There is an area that has water and electric only but they pump out 2 or 3 times per week. They have WIFI for a fee but no cable. We did not pay any fees. There is good cell and aircard service.

23-Saddle Mountain RV in Tonopah, AZ. This was a good place to stay for a night or two. It’s large, flat gravel with 50AMP power, full hookups, and decent digital OTA TV. $25.20 per night.



24- Redding RV Park Just off the freeway, full hookups, good 50AMP power, cable TV. Stayed here on Passport America. Ok for one night. $15.43 per night.



25- Kit Fox RV Park, Patterson, CA. Easy off from I-5 and a short drive over to CA-99 at Turlock. Full hookups, good 50AMP power, cable TV. OK for one night. Stayed here on PA for $21.46 per night (extra for pull through).







26- Sierra Trails RV Park in Mojave, CA. In the desert, very quiet. Pull through spots do not have sewer. Good 30AMP power, cable TV. No signal for internet service. OK for one night Stayed here on PA for $15.25 including $2.00 for cable.
